We select, train and invest in high potential graduates to help them kickstart their marketing career. You only pay if you land a job with a minimum CTC of ₹4.5 lakhs.

The Marketing Launchpad trains candidates to deliver on the job from Day 1. Here’s how:
You’re trained by top experts to help you start delivering on Facebook & Google Paid Ads roles from Day 1
Coaching 50 people together doesn't help. At Kraftshala, you get feedback in smaller groups on your work to build your individual strengths
This is a job focused program. The more you earn, the more we earn. And if you earn less than ₹4.5 lakhs/year, we earn nothing.
Students are selected through a week-long process where they are tested on their quant and logical aptitude, communications skills, marketing acumen and overall learnability. Here's a quick overview:
Step 1: Apply to Kraftshala
Tell us briefly about your background, and book a slot for the Screening Test.
Step 2: Appear for the Screening Test
Take the Common Screening Test, which evaluates you on your logical ability, marketing acumen, your overall learnability and written communication (only for content and social media applicants). Practice material will be shared with you as soon as you finish applying in Step 1. This is an elimination step.
Step 3: Submit your SOP
If shortlisted, you will be asked to submit a Statement of Purpose for joining the program, along with a few additional details. We will release the final offers for both specialisations (digital marketing, content & social media) post this stage.
Step 4: Enrollment
Based on your performance in the Screening Test, SOP and your overall profile, we will extend an offer to join a specialisation under the Marketing Launchpad.

Total Fees Payable: 1,26,500 + GST

You either get a full-time role directly or you get an internship post which you get a full-time role. In either case, you only pay us once you get a full-time job of CTC ₹4.5L or more.
