For better ROI, faster. Let us explain - If you are getting an admission in the top 20-30 colleges of the country, you should take it up if you can afford it. But if not, the ROI beyond that starts to look very bad. You spend 10-12L in fees and get very mediocre jobs of 5-7L CTC. Placement rates have also been plummeting across most colleges with no accountability at the institute’s end.
Kraftshala, from Day 1, has been focused on driving placement outcomes for EVERYONE and not just doing lip service by placing only the top 5-10% of the students. Kraftshala School of Business’s PGP in AI-Led Sales, Marketing and Business has been designed in such a way that by the end of the program, you will be equipped with all the skills necessary to land and succeed in a top tier B2B / FMCG /SaaS Sales, Category Management or B2B Marketing role.
Placement Rates, which is % of students placed is what we chase and optimize for. We take accountability by promising that if your job < 7.5L, you get most of your fee refunded.
Both are great! If you can afford to be in Gurugram for 9 months, we would recommend you be with us on campus. The experience of learning in a physical space is very fulfilling and we expect the outcomes to be better (average CTC should be 11.5L+) than offline because of that reason.
Having said that, online is great too and has delivered exceptional outcomes thus far. Online allows us to keep the program fees lower and you get to meet different peers and experts irrespective of their location.
No. The PGP in AI-Led Sales, Marketing and Business is a full-time program. You have full day classes, projects, workshops and small group coaching on functional and behavioral aspects. So, self-pacing this program is not an option.

As long as you put in the work and build your skills, results will follow - e.g. A student has achieved CTCs of 22LPA post completion of her training.
Kraftshala School of Business does not have a minimum marks requirement. We focus on your learning, experiences, and performance in the admission process.
There is no age limit for entry. However, the programme is most suitable for those who are at an early stage in their careers. If you have more work experience, we encourage you to get in touch with the admissions team at contact@kraftshala.com, who will evaluate your profile and advise you accordingly.
To enrol in the program, applicants must have completed their graduation or be in their final year, with graduation expected to be completed by the time the program training concludes.
Kraftshala offers Scholarships under 6 categories. Scholarships are decided based on your past background and your performance in the admission process. You can check your eligibility with your counselor. If you’ve got the skill, we will not let financing get in the way of your aspirations.
Kraftshala Changemakers Scholarships are decided based on your past background and your performance in the admission process. Since they will only be rolled out to 5% of the batch, we will look at a bunch of things - Screening Test scores, your intent towards Kraftshala and how you can contribute to our alumni community.
If you get the Scholarship, you are eligible for a fee waiver of ₹40,000 on your program fees. The Scholarship discount cannot be combined with any other discount (e.g. Propel Discount).Please note that students enrolling through Scholarships are not eligible for refunds as they are anyways coming in at a lower fees.
All of Kraftshala’s programs are focused on placements as an outcome.
You will have to put in the work in the program and once you do, you can definitely expect great outcomes. Average CTC of our earlier batches of PGP in AI-Led Sales, Marketing and Business was 10.3 LPA and highest CTC went upto 22LPA.
We strongly believe that the job of institutions is not just to help candidates get a degree or a certificate but to actually improve employability for you which should culminate in an excellent job post completion. We thereby take ownership of the entire process from admission to training to placements in-house and dont leave you to fend for yourself.
Like all Kraftshala’s programs, this sales and marketing course also comes with a placement accountability pledge, which means that if you don't get a job with a minimum CTC, we refund 60% of your fee back. Which means we don't get paid the entire amount. Hence we will dedicate every last resource to helping you get the opportunities you deserve.
Does that mean that it's a free pass? No- you will have to put in the work in the program, truly apply yourself across the multiple tests and interviews. But once you do, the outcomes will come in.
We get both kinds of roles. You can apply to the job after going through all details beforehand. Whether the candidate gets an internship, traineeship or a full-time offer depends on the company’s requirements, internal process and the candidate's performance in the interview.
Thus far, 50% of our students have gotten direct roles post completion of their training and majority of the folks who go into the internships convert it into a full time role of 7.5L or more.
The remaining students who are unable to convert their internship are brought back into the process.
The placement process begins upon the completion of your program which is dependent on your clearing the tests and interviews as outlined by the Assessment Center.
Historically, we have seen the following trend for our programs:
Total 60% of our students get placed by Week 6 of the placement drive
Total 80% of students get placed by Week 8 of the placement drive
Remaining 20% get placed over the next 4-6 weeks as these are students who typically need more help.
No. You get a certain amount of passes which you can utilize to let an opportunity pass. All the information about the company is made available before you apply. Once applied, you should not back out as it impacts the chances of everyone else as well.
Sales & Marketing roles require people who are flexible and willing to travel. So we recommend that at the start of your career, you are mobile.
But, if you have a constraint to be in one of the following cities for your placements (Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bangalore), then you can opt for our Location Specific model once you get selected. Within this, you will have to pay an additional amount of ₹25,000 + GST for Delhi NCR, Mumbai or Bangalore. You can make this decision at the time of enrolment or before moving to placements.
In case you opt for this, you will need to pay additional fees. This fee is to account for the additional effort that the Kraftshala team will put in to bring in more companies operating in a given location as well as the additional risk that the team assumes in placing students in a particular city.
At the end of the program, you will receive an INDUSTRYCreds™ certificate from Kraftshala School of Business.
We are an autonomous business school. This means we are not affiliated with the UGC or AICTE, and we do not award a traditional MBA degree or a PGDM diploma. Instead, this is a 9-month Post Graduate Program (PGP).
This is an intentional choice. Affiliation with regulatory bodies requires institutions to follow fixed norms around infrastructure, faculty, and curriculum, which can make it harder to adapt to rapidly evolving industry needs. Operating independently allows Kraftshala School of Business to stay flexible and keep the program aligned with what the industry actually demands.
