The session was really insightful, the examples were absolutely appropriate & since had an experience working at HLL could absolutely relate to them. Also the detail explanation about branding of Blackberry was impressive. The session really helped in understanding the different factors effective in brand building & then leveraging it for creating brand essence.

I loved how its important to see most revenue streams as a brand around us. Seeing how praduct attributes are just a small chunk of their PnL but also how ppl percive your brand is extremely important. Can't really think of doing anything else on a tuesday evening.
