We're big believers in the idea that skills can often outshine degrees, and our primary aim is to help you land that dream job!
Is attendance mandatory? What if I miss any class? Will I get a make-up class? Or a recorded version of the class?
Yes, our course is thoughtfully designed to be comprehensive, so regular attendance plays a significant role in ensuring your success. It is mandatory that you maintain over 90% attendance for all digital marketing lessons, exams, and project work. If there's ever a time you can't make it, just let us know in advance. We'll do our best to provide you with a recording.
What if I want to leave the digital marketing course (in Hindi) midway?
We're here to guide, train, and help you secure a placement. If for some reason that doesn't happen, we promise to shoulder that responsibility, provided you've been doing your part.

What is the eligibility criteria for Kraftshala’s digital marketing course (in Hindi) with placement?
To be eligible for Kraftshala’s digital marketing course you must have:

- You must have a valid PAN card and Aadhaar Card.
- You are required to have a laptop and a good internet connection.
- Can read and write in both English and Hindi at a basic level, and able to understand Hindi.
- You need to be available to take a full-time job immediately after course completion.
- Available for full time digital marketing classes (in Hindi) on all weekdays + Saturday (if you are final year student / working professional, you can also check out our 48 week Part-time Digital Marketing Course

- No prior marketing experience needed
I have just taken my final exams and have not received my degree yet. Can I still apply?
Yes. You can discuss this with your Admissions Counselor. To be eligible for the program, you need to be available for the next 23 weeks for full-time training & then full-time employment after completion of the program.
What do I do if I don't have a Pan Card/Adhaar Card?
To ensure a smooth process, it is mandatory that you have your Aadhar/PAN card handy. If you're considering the EMI option, our EMI partner will need these documents to assist you further.
What's the selection process like?
Step 1: Fill up the application form and get your process started.
Step 2: There are 2 parts here
Free Screening Test - This is a 60 min test with 3 questions that evaluates you on your Logical Ability and Decision Making. This has been created in discussion with top experts and has proven to be highly successful in ensuring we assemble a batch of high potential candidates. Give practice test here.
Career Chat with Admissions team - You also speak to the Admissions Team at this stage to get your doubts clarified and also to know more about the program and its placements. The call also helps us figure out your motivation and intent towards the course.
Step 3: Within 3-4 working days, you will get your results. And if accepted, you can complete the payment formalities and enroll and start your journey towards a fantastic career!
Is the Marketing Launchpad - Emerging Talent a job guarantee digital marketing course?
Marketing Launchpad is designed to set you on the path to success, although we want to clarify that it's not a job-guarantee program.
With over 3000+ students placed in roles earning 4.5L or more, we're proud to be the industry's largest and most respected trainer and supplier of marketing talent. Your success is our success, and we're committed to helping you find the right job opportunities, not just side projects or freelance work.
But we also want to be honest with you. Succeeding in Kraftshala requires your dedication and hard work. We invite you to talk to our alumni or watch their videos here to get a full understanding of what's expected. You will need to put in the effort, but we'll be right there to support and cheer you on. And if things don't work out, we're committed to sharing that responsibility with you.
If you don't secure a placement earning 3L and more within 15 months of completing the training, we'll refund 60% of your fee. All refunds will be in accordance with our terms and conditions.
When do the placements start?
The placement process begins upon the completion of your course which is dependent on your clearing the tests and interviews as outlined by the Assessment Center. However, the placement drive begins in the last leg of the program and runs for a few weeks alongside additional sessions/ tests / interviews / sessions also called the Finishing School.
How long does it take to get placed?
- Total 60% of our students get placed by Week 6 of the placement drive
- Total 80% of students get placed by Week 8 of the placement drive
- Remaining 20% get placed over the next 4-6 weeks as these are students who typically need more help or have a very specific constraint in terms of location etc.
Do I directly get a job of 3.5L+ or do I get to do an internship first?
We get both kinds of roles. You can apply to the job after going through all details beforehand. Whether the candidate gets an internship or a full-time offer depends on the company’s requirements, internal process and the candidate's performance in the interview.
Thus far, 50% of our students have gotten direct roles post completion of their training and majority of the folks who go into the internships convert it into a full time role of 3.5L or more.
The remaining students who are unable to convert their internship are brought back into the process.
Am I supposed to apply for all jobs that come in?
No. You get a certain amount of passes which you can utilize to let an opportunity pass. All the information about the company is made available before you apply. Once applied, you should not back out as it impacts the chances of everyone else as well.
After completing the digital marketing course in Hindi, what kind of job roles can I expect to find?
- Roles which are a mix of both strategy and execution
- Companies are a mix of rapidly growing companies, traditional multinationals and both big and medium sized agencies

If I get an internship first, will that have a stipend?
Yes, all internships we offer are paid. More importantly, we focus on placing you in roles that provide meaningful work, strong learning, and high-quality exposure.
What is CTC?
CTC (Cost to Company) is defined as “Your total salary (including variable pay), compensations, and gross income and including, but not limited to, benefits such as insurance, HRA, fitness/health benefits, other benefits and allowances including, but not limited to, house rent allowance, leave travel allowance, conveyance and travelling allowance, phone allowance, vehicle allowance and other allowances provided to you from employment or pursuant to self-employment”
What are the terms and conditions for a refund?
You’re eligible for a refund only when you have paid the full pre-paid fees. In this case you will be eligible for:
- 60% refund, if you don’t get a job with 3LPA and above within 15 months of program completion.
Any refund of fees will be as per the T&Cs outlined.
